If a leader do not communicate well with people, people would not able to understand him and will not be able of doing the correct things on time. It will the same as the leader not passing down the message. so the leaders must need to know about their team member, and how to communicate with them easily. And know how to motivate his people while sending the message across. Also setting a deadline to suit the members ability and project deadline.
